Terms of Use & SMS

Save Every Lead is operated by LUIS ALBERTO CARO. These terms describe use of our website and planned demonstration. The telephone demo and SMS program are currently coming soon.
Demonstration and pilot
The demo illustrates AI call intake for service businesses. It does not dispatch a contractor, book a visit, provide professional advice, promise a price, or guarantee that a lead becomes a customer. AI may misunderstand details; review any summary for accuracy. Do not use the demo for emergencies. Contact emergency services directly when needed.
The $79/month price is an introductory pilot offer. Requesting access does not create a paid subscription or charge you. Phone compatibility, included usage, billing, cancellation, and other pilot terms will be agreed separately before activation.
Save Every Lead Demo SMS
When enabled, this program sends one automated informational lead-summary message per demo call you explicitly consent to. Long summaries may use more than one SMS segment. Additional messages may be sent only to respond to HELP or manage opt-out requests. No recurring promotional messages are included.
How you opt in
During the demo call, the AI will identify Save Every Lead, explain the optional text, and ask whether you want one demo summary sent to the mobile number you are calling from. We will send it only after an affirmative response. Calling the number, visiting this website, or requesting pilot access does not by itself opt you in. Use a mobile number you control. Consent is not a condition of purchase, requesting pilot access, or trying the voice demo.
Costs, stopping messages, and help
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; a confirmation may be sent, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again through a supported process. Reply HELP for support or email luis@saveeverylead.com. We do not provide emergency support through SMS.
Message delivery and timing depend on carrier and network availability and are not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The planned demo SMS service is for supported US mobile numbers.

Acceptable use
Use the service only if you are at least 18. Do not impersonate others, submit information you have no right to share, harass the operator, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive use or suspend the demo.
Availability and responsibility
This is an early demonstration provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accurate AI output. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. A future paid pilot is subject to the terms agreed for that pilot.
