Privacy Policy

Save Every Lead is operated by LUIS ALBERTO CARO ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, pilot inquiries, and the planned call-and-text demonstration. The telephone demo is not currently available; the demo-specific practices below describe how it will operate when enabled.
Information we collect
When you email us or request pilot access, we receive your email address, business name, service type, and the contents of your message. The request form opens your email app; entering details alone does not submit them to us. Our hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and technical logs to deliver and protect the website.
When the demo launches, it will process your calling number, spoken audio, transcript, name, callback number, job description, location, urgency, and any other details you choose to share. It will also keep a record of your SMS choice, the time and call identifier, and message delivery or opt-out events. Please use fictional job details in the demo and avoid sensitive personal information or information about other people.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, assess pilot fit, operate and troubleshoot the demo, produce the requested lead summary, deliver an optional demo text, honor messaging preferences, and protect against abuse. A demo request is not enrollment in marketing texts.
Audio and retention
For the planned demo, we will process audio live without enabling stored call recordings in our application or telephony configuration. We will delete demo transcripts and lead summaries from our application within 30 days. Service providers may retain data under their own service settings and security requirements; this is not a promise of zero provider retention.
Consent records, suppression records, and limited delivery metadata may be retained longer to document messaging permission, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Pilot inquiry emails are retained while we handle your inquiry and related follow-up. Contact us to request deletion of information we no longer need.
Providers and sharing
Our website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Inquiry emails are handled through Google Workspace. The planned demo will use OpenAI for AI audio and text processing and Twilio for calls and messaging. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate.
We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared for those purposes. Limited processing by providers supporting delivery of the requested service is permitted. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law or protect rights and security.
Optional analytics and website technologies
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after you choose Allow analytics. Reject optional keeps optional analytics off. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawing consent stops future collection but does not automatically erase information already collected.
Google Analytics measures page visits, campaign sources, visible page sections, demo-button clicks, and pilot-form interactions. Microsoft Clarity collects interaction data for heatmaps and session replays, including clicks, scrolling, device/browser information, and usage patterns. Session replays reconstruct website interaction; they are not audio recordings of demo calls. Providers receive network information such as your IP address when their services load.
We mask the pilot form for Clarity and do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form values, job details, or call transcripts as analytics events. We remove URL parameters before loading the tools and pass only restricted campaign labels to Google Analytics. We do not enable advertising personalization or use email-open pixels.
Your analytics preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics providers may set identifiers and cookies after consent; provider retention follows their service settings. Hosting logs are separate from optional analytics. The page also loads Google Fonts, which receives a browser network request. Your choices
You may decline the optional demo text and still use the call demo when available. After SMS launches, reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. You may also email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your request and retain limited records needed for legal obligations or suppression.
Children and changes
This service is intended for adults and business users, not children under 18. We may update this policy as the pilot develops and will update the effective date on this page.
